References to “we”, “our” and “the studio” mean . “Visitor”, “guest” or “you” means anyone using the site or contacting the studio.

2. Website purpose and information

Our pages introduce the studio, its approach to nail artistry, service descriptions, studio environment and ways to enquire. Photographs and descriptions are illustrative of our design approach. They do not guarantee that a particular colour, technique, finish, pattern or appointment slot will be available on a particular date.

We aim to keep information accurate, but service details, opening arrangements and availability may change. Any material appointment details should be confirmed with us directly before making travel arrangements or relying on a requested booking.

3. Appointment enquiries are not automatic bookings

Sending an enquiry, preparing an email draft, completing a form or requesting information does not itself create a confirmed reservation, contract for a service or obligation to provide a particular appointment. We will discuss suitable options and confirm the time, service, estimated duration and any applicable price or payment arrangements separately.

The on-site enquiry form prepares a message for your own email application. You must complete the sending step in that application. If your email application does not open, you may copy the message and email it to the address listed on this site. We do not represent that simply pressing the form button has delivered your enquiry.

4. Prices, changes and additional requirements

Where services, designs or enhancements are described, pricing may depend on the length, complexity, materials and individual styling requirements. A web description alone is not a binding quotation. Please ask for an up-to-date quotation when enquiring.

If changes to an agreed service are requested, we may need to revise the duration, the available designs or the cost. We will explain material changes before they are performed. Any cancellation, rescheduling or deposit conditions should be agreed as part of the individual appointment arrangement rather than assumed from general website information.
